Sara Bratt is a lawyer with a focus on company law, stock exchange law and financial law. Sara has previous experience from a niche business law firm where she e.g. worked with listed growth companies, IPOs, capital acquisitions, market communications and board related queries.

Outside of work, Sara likes to travel to new places and spends a large part of her time with family, friends and the couple's two dogs.
